How It Works In Several Simple Steps
Fill out the intake form listed on our website to enroll in your PGx benefit.
A PHS specialist will contact you at your preferred time to help you get started.
We encourage you to discuss your new PGx benefit with your healthcare provider to determine if this test is appropriate for you. In order for PHS to ship the test to your home, your healthcare provider must approve of the order by signing your test requisition form. With your consent, we can send to your provider the necessary documentation to be signed to initiate your PGx test.
Once Your Test Arrives, you will use your order number to activate your test kit prior to collecting your specimen.
Collect PGx specimen through a once-in-a-lifetime simple saliva swab.
You will return your kit with your pre-paid label by following the shipping instructions included in your test kit.
Our lab processes your sample and your results will be sent to your email address securely and confidently. Upon receiving your email you will have the opportunity to book a consultation with a Certified PGx Pharmacist to discuss your results in more detail.

Precision Health Solutions pharmacogenomics test results are intended to be interpreted by a licensed healthcare provider. Please share the Patient Summary Report with all healthcare providers involved in prescribing and managing medication therapies. Though pharmacogenomics may help a physician determine appropriate medication therapy, abnormal or normal genetic results do not always indicate whether a medication will work properly. Only a physician or other licensed healthcare provider can determine appropriate medical therapy and associated risks identified in a pharmacogenetic gene test. Never modify, change, and/or discontinue any medication therapy prescribed or ordered unless directed by a licensed healthcare provider involved in the patient’s continuum of care.
