IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING THE HRSA UNINSURED PROGRAM:
The Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) announced that the Uninsured Program will stop accepting claims for testing and treatment of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) testing due to the lack of sufficient funds. Effective immediately, uninsured patients utilizing the CARES ACT for COVID-19 testing will no longer be available.
Precision Health Solutions is closely monitoring the changes and updates regarding the government funded Uninsured Program. For current patients utilizing the HRSA/CARES ACT, Precision Health Solutions will continue to accept private pay or the patients active health insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Payers). Any changes or updates will be communicated on a regular basis.

About the HRSA Program
According to HRSA, the Uninsured Program was funded by COVID-19 related legislation (including the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA); the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act; the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act; and the American Rescue Plan of 2021) and provides reimbursement for health care providers who render COVID-19 testing, treatment and vaccine services to uninsured individuals.
